Restricts deadly force to situations where it is necessary to protect the officer or another person from an imminent threat of death or serious bodily harm

Classifies intentional restriction of airflow to the throat or windpipe as deadly force if it creates substantial risk of death or serious bodily harm

Requires law enforcement agencies to continuously review and update their policies, and make them publicly available on their website or at their physical location
