Modifies the definition of "governmental agency" under the Administration of Opioid Antagonists Act to explicitly exclude school district boards, intermediate school district boards, and public school academy boards of directors

Removes "school district" from the definition of "political subdivision" under the act

Adds new definitions for "intermediate school district," "public school academy," and "school district" referencing the revised school code

Contingent on enactment of Senate Bill 404 of the 103rd Legislature (tie bar provision)

Minor technical change removes "shall be known and" from the act's citation clause
