Adds beverage coolers and beverage refrigerators with a capacity of less than 10 cubic feet to the definition of "barware" under Michigan's liquor control code

Allows spirits manufacturers, vendors, and sellers to provide small branded refrigerators to retailers, similar to other promotional barware items like pitchers, bar mats, and patio umbrellas

Retailers may purchase and possess brand-logoed barware (including the newly added small refrigerators) from authorized sources including manufacturers of spirits, vendors, brokers, or barware retailers

Retailers must maintain receipts for purchased brand-logoed barware for at least 3 years and make them available for commission inspection
