Restructures the Michigan Board of Psychology to eventually include 11 voting members, adding 2 psychologists with limited licenses and replacing 1 public member position with a fully licensed psychologist

Creates new pathway for limited license holders with master's degrees to practice psychology without supervision after completing required postgraduate experience (3,000 hours for degrees before August 31, 2027; 4,000 hours for degrees on or after that date)

Extends temporary license renewal terms from 1 additional 24-month term to 2 additional 24-month terms for individuals obtaining postgraduate experience, and allows relicensure for those whose temporary licenses lapsed

Removes supervision and advertising restrictions for limited license holders, allowing them to practice independently for functions they are qualified to perform by education, training, or experience

Requires continuing education for license renewal, including courses on pain and symptom management, with hours to be established by rule
