Department of Technology, Management, and Budget will coordinate the transfer, with the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs responsible for reimbursing survey and closing costs such as recording fees

Transfer includes all improvements, buildings, and any surplus, salvage, or scrap property/equipment remaining on the land at the time of transfer

All transfer documents must be approved for legal form by the Attorney General's office, and the property description may be adjusted following a professional survey
