Appropriates $65,000,000 from the state school aid fund for fiscal year ending September 30, 2026 for public schools and state education purposes

Adds nominal placeholder appropriations of $100 each from multiple funds for fiscal year 2026, including the general fund, school consolidation and infrastructure fund, school transportation fund, enrollment stabilization fund, great start readiness program reserve fund, and educator fellowship public provider fund

Extends federal fund appropriations to cover both fiscal years ending September 30, 2025 and September 30, 2026

Maintains existing fiscal year 2025 appropriations totaling approximately $18.5 billion from various sources including the state school aid fund ($17.77 billion) and general fund ($78.8 million)

Any unexpended general fund allocations at fiscal year end transfer to the school aid stabilization fund
