Modifies Michigan's sentencing guidelines for violations of the Youth Employment Standards Act related to child labor law offenses

Removes felony sentencing guidelines for second and third/subsequent offenses of employing children during certain prohibited hours (previously Class G felony with 2-year max and Class E felony with 10-year max)

Adds new Class E felony (5-year maximum sentence) for employment of children during certain hours when the violation results in death or great bodily harm

Updates statutory reference for employment of children in child sexually abusive activity from section 409.122(3) to 409.122(2) (remains Class D felony with 20-year maximum)

Takes effect only if Senate Bill No. 496 of the 103rd Legislature is enacted into law
