Prohibits law enforcement officers from conducting immigration enforcement actions at designated "sensitive locations" including educational institutions, places of worship, hospitals, courthouses, funerals, weddings, and sites assisting children, pregnant women, crime victims, or individuals with disabilities

Defines "immigration enforcement action" as arresting, interviewing, searching, or surveilling an individual for immigration enforcement purposes or to obtain information about immigration or citizenship status

Allows immigration enforcement at sensitive locations only when a court order specifically directs entry to that location

Permits immigration enforcement at sensitive locations when necessary to address a threat posing imminent danger to public safety
