Prohibits Michigan government entities from providing personal information to any person requesting it for federal immigration law enforcement unless they present a warrant from a federal or state court

Requires anyone requesting personal information from government entities to provide their name, contact information, and a sworn statement under penalty of perjury about whether the request is for immigration enforcement purposes

Defines "personal information" broadly to include photographs, names, addresses, driver license numbers, Social Security numbers, telephone numbers, medical information, criminal history records, and any aggregated datasets containing such information

Mandates annual reporting by March 31 to the attorney general and legislature on the number of immigration-related information requests received and how many were granted or denied

Bars government entities from sharing any personal information with individuals or organizations found to have previously violated the act's warrant requirement for immigration enforcement purposes
