Exempted social wagers must be limited to no more than 100 participants with a maximum individual wager of $25.00

All wagered money must be paid out as prizes to participants, with no additional fees to participate and no profit for the organizer beyond the chance to win

Social wagering exemption does not apply to gambling conducted in casinos, restaurants, bars, or entertainment venues, nor to business promotions designed to attract customers
