Updates required foreclosure notice language to specify whether the public auction will be held in-person (with payment by cash, cashier's check, or wire transfer) or online (with a website address for auction details)

Modernizes existing statutory language without changing the 4-week newspaper publication requirement or 15-day physical posting requirement on the property

Takes effect only if Senate Bill No. 528 of the 103rd Legislature is also enacted into law
