Establishes a $75.00 late fee for renewal applications for nurse aide and medication aide registrations or training permits received after the expiration date

Authorizes the Department of Health to increase fees annually at the start of each fiscal year by a percentage equal to or less than the average wage increase granted to classified civil service employees

Requires the department to provide a complete schedule of fees to the Department of Technology, Management, and Budget and appropriations committee chairs by August 1 of each year

Maintains existing biennial fee structure: nurse aide registration $40, nurse aide trainer $60, nurse aide competency exam $175, medication aide registration $160, medication aide trainer $200, medication aide competency exam $175

Training program fees remain at $300 per site for nurse aide programs ($100 for secondary schools or skilled nursing facilities) and $500 per site for medication aide programs
