Establishes a $2,000 fee for the Department of Health to review attestations submitted by facilities seeking exemption from licensure as a home for the aged

Allows the department to increase this fee annually by a percentage not exceeding the average wage and salary increase granted to classified civil service employees for that fiscal year

Requires the department to provide a complete schedule of fees to the director of the Department of Technology, Management, and Budget and appropriations committee chairs by August 1 of each year

Makes technical amendments updating language in existing exemption provisions, including changing "physician assistant" to "physician's assistant" and replacing gendered pronouns with gender-neutral terms
