Creates mobile enhanced driver licenses and mobile enhanced official state personal identification cards that can be stored on electronic devices, available to U.S. citizens residing in Michigan who already hold physical enhanced versions

Mobile enhanced licenses/IDs may be used for entering the United States at land and sea ports, same as physical enhanced versions

Sets maximum fee of $4.00 for original or renewal mobile enhanced driver license or mobile enhanced official state personal identification card, with funds deposited in the mobile license fund

Allows mobile enhanced IDs to contain indicators for legal blindness, deafness, and anatomical gift donor registry participation

Requires license surrender/destruction/confiscation rules do not apply to electronic devices on which mobile licenses are stored, and allows transmission of mobile credentials to police officers or relying parties upon request

Contingent on enactment of Senate Bill No. 620 and related companion bills from the 103rd Legislature
