Excludes mobile driver's licenses and mobile chauffeur's licenses issued under Michigan law from the definition of "identification for election purposes"

Excludes mobile official state personal identification cards and mobile enhanced personal identification cards from acceptable voter ID

Excludes mobile operator's or chauffeur's licenses and mobile state personal identification cards issued by other states from acceptable voter ID

Maintains all physical (non-mobile) forms of identification as valid for voting and voter registration purposes, including driver's licenses, state IDs, passports, military IDs, tribal IDs, and student IDs

Takes effect only if three related bills (request numbers S04150'25, S04151'25, and S04152'25 or their House counterparts) are also enacted into law
