Exempts license renewals from local legislative body approval if no objection is filed with the commission at least 30 days before the license expires

Mandates the commission provide local legislative bodies and local chiefs of police with applicant names, home and business addresses, and phone numbers to facilitate local review of new and transferred license applications

Authorizes the commission to revoke a specially designated merchant or distributor license upon request of the local legislative body following proper notice and hearing by both the local body and the commission
