Extends the window for emergency medical services personnel to be relicensed after their license expires from 3 years to 10 years, allowing them to regain licensure by completing continuing education requirements and paying applicable fees

Requires individuals whose licenses have been expired for more than 10 years (previously 3 years) to apply as new applicants, meet all current licensure requirements, and pass required examinations

Maintains the 60-day grace period after expiration during which licensees can continue practicing while completing renewal requirements with payment of late fees

Preserves existing renewal fee structure: $25 for EMTs, EMT specialists, paramedics, and EMS instructor-coordinators; no fee for medical first responders; $50 late fee for all categories

Continues fee waivers for volunteers working with life support agencies that do not charge for services
