Establishes an 8-member joint oversight committee to review state audits, consisting of 2 members each appointed by the House speaker, House minority leader, Senate majority leader, and Senate minority leader, with no more than 4 members from the same political party

Requires the committee to receive and review all post audits and reports from the auditor general completed under the state constitution

Grants the committee authority to administer oaths, subpoena witnesses, and examine books and records by majority vote to complete audit reviews

Mandates quarterly meetings at minimum, with co-chairpersons from different parties and legislative chambers rotating as chairperson every 3 months

Takes effect only if Senate Joint Resolution G of the 103rd Legislature is adopted as a constitutional amendment
