Prohibits landlords from using algorithmic pricing devices that incorporate nonpublic competitor data (such as actual rent prices, occupancy rates, and lease dates from competing properties) to coordinate pricing or enter agreements that restrain the rental housing market.

Defines "algorithmic pricing device" as software using algorithms to calculate rent recommendations based on local or statewide rental data, but exempts monthly trade association reports with aggregated anonymous data and affordable housing program tools.

Establishes that violations constitute breaches of the Michigan Antitrust Reform Act (1984 PA 274), subjecting violators to existing antitrust penalties and legal remedies.

Amends the 1972 landlord-tenant relations act (PA 348) by adding new definitions for "nonpublic competitor data," "algorithmic pricing device," and "prospective tenant" to section 1.
