Creates lifetime hunting and fishing licenses for disabled veterans in Michigan, effective July 1, 2027, with fees based on VA disability rating: free for totally and permanently disabled veterans, $50 for 70%+ disabled, $75 for 50-69% disabled, and $100 for 30-49% disabled.

Disabled veteran lifetime hunting licenses include resident base license, two deer licenses, waterfowl hunting license, fur harvester's license, and turkey license privileges.

Disabled veteran lifetime fishing licenses include all-species fishing license privileges and remain valid even if the license holder becomes a nonresident.

Authorized license sellers may retain $2 from each disabled veteran lifetime hunting or fishing license sold.

Revenue from these licenses will be credited to the game and fish lifetime license trust fund, with annual transfers to the game and fish protection account equivalent to what annual licenses would have generated.
