Appropriates $45,000,000 from the Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund for capital outlay projects for fiscal year ending September 30, 2026.

Funds 11 land acquisition projects across Michigan, including the Keweenaw Heartlands Acquisition ($6,500,000), Ridge Nature Preserve in Grand Traverse County ($4,813,600), and Riverside Park in Allegan County ($2,464,300).

Provides grants-in-aid to local governments including Kimball Township, Eaton County, Spring Lake Township, City of Yale, Saugatuck Township, City of Lansing, East Bay Township, and Clinton Township.

Allocates no federal revenues, general fund dollars, or private revenues—funding comes entirely from state restricted revenues (the Natural Resources Trust Fund).
