Amends Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 161.14, by adding a new subdivision to designate Highway 14 as the "Black and Yellow Trail"

Designates Legislative Route No. 7, signed as Trunk Highway 14 from the South Dakota border to the Wisconsin border, as the "Black and Yellow Trail"

Requires the commissioner to adopt a suitable design to mark the highway and erect appropriate signs, subject to section 161.139
