Ratifies the labor agreement between the state of Minnesota and the Minnesota State University Association of Administrative and Service Faculty, approved by the Legislative Coordinating Commission Subcommittee on Employee Relations on July 18, 2008.

Ratifies amendments to the commissioner of employee relations' plan for unrepresented employees, approved July 18, 2008.

Ratifies amendments to the managerial plan, approved July 18, 2008.

Ratifies salary increase proposals for executive directors of the Teachers Retirement Association, Minnesota State Retirement System, Public Employees Retirement Association, and State Board of Investment, all approved July 18, 2008.

Ratifies the arbitration award and labor agreement between the state and the Minnesota Nurses Association, approved September 4, 2008, and the Office of the Legislative Auditor Compensation Plan approved the same date.

Ratifies the settlement agreement between the state and the Inter Faculty Organization for state university faculty, recommended for approval March 23, 2009.

Subdivisions 1-9 become effective the day following final enactment; subdivision 10 becomes effective July 1, 2009.
