Amends Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 6.74, to allow the state auditor to establish an online clearinghouse for examples of good government in procurement and shared services among political subdivisions.

State auditor may seek funds from nongovernmental sources to establish and operate the clearinghouse.

Clearinghouse shall be designed to allow political subdivisions to submit examples of good government in procurement and shared services using forms prescribed by the state auditor.

Maintains existing requirement for state auditor to collect annual information from local governments regarding property assessment, tax collection, licenses, expenditures, borrowing, and debts.
