Amends Minnesota Statutes 2009 Supplement, section 171.06, subdivision 3 to modify driver's license application requirements, effective January 1, 2011.

Adds requirement that applications must include a space where applicants attest to a Minnesota residence address.

Adds requirement that applications must include a space where applicants may request a veteran designation on their license under section 171.07, subdivision 15.

Requires applications to include information about anatomical gifts, organ donation processes, and alcohol's effects on driving ability, prepared in conjunction with a Minnesota organ procurement organization certified by the federal Department of Health and Human Services.

Defines "government identification card" as official governmental identification from a non-U.S. country containing the cardholder's full name, date of birth, photograph, unique identification number, and security features resistant to alteration.
