Establishes a postdeployment health assessments program for National Guard members called into active military service and deployed outside the state.

Requires health assessments to be conducted approximately six months and one year after the end of a member's deployment.

Authorizes the adjutant general to collaborate with other state agencies, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, county veteran service officers, and other resources to administer the program.

Appropriates an unspecified amount from the general fund to the adjutant general to conduct the program under Minnesota Statutes, section 192.525.

Makes the appropriation available until June 30, 2011.
