Amends Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 383B.72 to require the Board of Park District Commissioners of the Three Rivers Park District to secure written consent from the town board before acquiring real estate within organized towns in Hennepin County.

Town board consent must be obtained by resolution duly adopted by such board before the Three Rivers Park District may acquire property by purchase or condemnation.

Removes language restricting acquisition requirements only to real estate located within areas designated for park development in the district's most recent revised plan filed with the state department of parks.
