Amends Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 144.9512, subdivision 2, relating to health and lead reduction grants.

Modifies grants to nonprofit organizations to train workers providing swab team services for residential property lead hazard reduction.

Expands grant requirements to include community outreach and blood lead screenings for children in addition to existing swab team training services.

Removes specific reference to "CLEARCorps lead hazard reduction project" and allows commissioner discretion in selecting grantee nonprofits.
