Prohibits the use of live check solicitations in Minnesota, classifying such solicitations as a deceptive sales practice under section 325F.69.

Defines "live check" as a negotiable check, money order, draft, or other instrument whose presentment or negotiation obligates a consumer to purchase a good or service.

Excludes live checks issued by lenders or financial institutions as defined in section 47.605, subdivision 1 from the prohibition.

Makes it illegal for any person to solicit a Minnesota resident for the sale of a good or service by providing a live check payable to the addressee that obligates them to make a purchase.
