Amends Minnesota Statutes 2009 Supplement, section 256B.0943, subdivision 12 to clarify medical assistance coverage for children's therapeutic services and supports.

Excludes from medical assistance payment service components simultaneously provided by multiple provider entities unless prior authorization is obtained.

Excludes treatment by multiple providers within the same agency at the same clock time unless medically necessary.

Excludes recreation-oriented or non-medically supervised services including sports, exercise groups, craft hours, leisure time, social hours, meals, trips, and tours.

Excludes social or educational services without therapeutic outcomes, consultation activities, prevention programs, alcohol or drug abuse treatment, and non-direct service time activities.
