Amends Minnesota Statutes section 318.02, subdivision 1 to require business trusts organized after April 20, 1961 to file a "declaration of trust" with the Secretary of State before transacting business in the state.

Removes the $150 filing fee requirement for declarations of trust and amendments, eliminating the previous fee structure referenced in the statute.

Amends Minnesota Statutes section 557.01 to set a $50 filing fee for nonresident persons or corporations filing for resident agent appointments and recording documents with the Secretary of State.

Replaces the previous 15-cent per folio fee structure with a flat $50 fee for each filing made under the nonresident agent provisions.

Requires filing of "declaration of trust" documents to include the agent's full name and street address for service of process purposes.
