Ratifies labor agreements and compensation/personnel plans for Minnesota Association of Professional Employees, Middle Management Association, Office of Higher Education unrepresented employees, MnSCU Administrators, Minnesota Government Engineers Council, Minnesota Law Enforcement Association, and Minnesota Nurses Association (approved June 29, 2009 through December 16, 2009)

Effective date is the day following final enactment
