Amends Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 197.585, subdivision 5 to delay the sunset date of the higher education veterans assistance program.

Changes the program expiration date from June 30, 2011 to June 30, 2015.

Program continues to expire at the end of the first fiscal year in which enrollment of veterans in Minnesota public institutions of higher education falls below 4,000 veterans, but no later than June 30, 2015.

Effective the day following final enactment.
