Removes Legislative Route No. 297 from the state trunk highway system upon transfer of jurisdiction to the city of Fergus Falls.

Modifies Route No. 332 in Koochiching County to remove the portion extending northerly along County State-Aid Highway 114 (approximately 2-1/2 miles) and Legislative Route No. 158.

Route No. 332 now terminates at the junction with Constitutional Route No. 11 southeast of International Falls instead of extending to Legislative Route No. 158 east of International Falls.

Both changes become effective upon commissioner of transportation notification to the revisor of statutes confirming the transfer conditions have been satisfied.
