Appropriates $1,061,000 from bond proceeds to the adjutant general for renovation of the troop support activity facility at Camp Ripley.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $1,061,000 to fund the appropriation.

Bond issuance governed by Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4 to 7.

Effective the day following final enactment.
