Exempts watercraft, off-highway vehicles, and snowmobiles owned and used by Indian tribal governments from Minnesota registration and licensing requirements.

Off-highway motorcycles owned by Indian tribal governments are exempt from registration under Minnesota Statutes 84.788, subdivision 2.

Off-road vehicles owned and used by Indian tribal governments are exempt from registration under Minnesota Statutes 84.798, subdivision 2.

Snowmobiles owned and used by Indian tribal governments are exempt from registration and state trail sticker requirements under Minnesota Statutes 84.82 and 84.8205.

Watercraft owned and used by Indian tribal governments are exempt from licensing requirements under Minnesota Statutes 86B.301, subdivision 2, except those used for recreational purposes.
