Allows domestic partners to waive inheritance rights through written agreement and permits wills to exclude or limit domestic partner entitlements.

Extends domestic partnership recognition to estate administration proceedings, revocation upon partnership termination, and homicide forfeiture rules that apply to spouses.

Includes domestic partners in notices and procedures for formal and informal probate proceedings, inventory requirements, and distribution determinations.
