Amends Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 13.871, to establish data classification for orders for protection and no contact orders.

Requires the data communications network to include orders for protection issued under section 518B.01 and no contact orders issued under section 629.715, subdivision 4.

Classifies data from orders for protection or no contact orders and data entered by law enforcement to assist in enforcement as private data on individuals as defined in section 13.02, subdivision 12.

Permits offender data to be shared with the victim for purposes of enforcing the order.

Requires no contact orders to be accompanied by a photograph of the offender for enforcement purposes, if a photograph is available and verified by the court to be an image of the defendant.
