Amends Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 16B.24, subdivision 3 to establish procedures for disposing of state-owned buildings based on estimated market value.

Authorizes agency heads to request disposition of state-owned buildings valued under $50,000 if the building is no longer used or is a fire or safety hazard, without requiring legislative approval.

Requires approval from the chairs of the Senate Finance Committee and House Ways and Means Committee for disposition of state-owned buildings valued at $50,000 or more that are no longer used or are a fire or safety hazard.

Directs proceeds from any sale of a state-owned building to be deposited in the account from which the appropriation to acquire the building was made.
