Amends Minnesota Statutes 2009 Supplement, section 3.195, subdivision 1 to require departments and agencies to file reports with the Legislative Reference Library and make them available electronically to the Library and designated legislators.

Prohibits public entities from distributing reports or publications to individual legislators or legislative employees except through the Legislative Reference Library, unless the member or employee requests the report.

Restricts public entities from mailing reports to both home and office addresses of representatives or senators unless mailing to both addresses is specifically requested.

Requires reports, publications, periodicals, and summaries to be printed consistent with section 16B.122.

Repeals Minnesota Statutes 2009 Supplement, section 3.195, subdivision 4, which previously required criminal justice agencies to submit reports in electronic versions only with limited printed copies.
