Amends Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 97A.345 to establish restitution values for trophy deer based on the animal's trophy score.

Trophy deer restitution values are determined by members of the Minnesota Official Measurers Club using the Boone and Crockett Club scoring system.

For typical trophy deer, restitution values range from $1,001 (score 100-120) to $25,000 (score 200 or over), with six tiered categories based on score ranges.

For nontypical trophy deer, restitution values range from $1,001 (score 125-145) to $25,000 (score 225 or over), with six tiered categories based on score ranges.

Commissioner shall report annually to the legislature on the amount of restitution collected under section 97A.341 and how the funds were expended.
