Extends bond authorization and appropriation availability for Mesabi Trail's "Boundary Waters Connection" project (19-mile segment from Bearhead State Park to International Wolf Center in Ely) to June 30, 2014, with $950,000 appropriation contingent on matching $950,000 from other sources.
