Authorizes road authorities to remove beaver dams and associated beaver lodges within 300 feet of public roads when a beaver dam impairs drainage or threatens to damage the road

Permits road authorities to kill or arrange to have killed any beaver associated with a lodge, using any lawful means

Requires road authorities that kill a beaver to notify a Wildlife Division conservation officer or employee within ten days of the animal's death

Allows road authorities to implement local beaver control programs in consultation with the Wildlife Division and Board of Water and Soil Resources to reduce beaver interference with public roads

Permits local control programs to offer bounties for lawful beaver taking
