Amends Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 168.123, subdivision 2 to authorize special Bronze Star veteran license plates designed by the commissioner of veterans affairs.

Bronze Star veteran plates must bear the inscription "BRONZE STAR VET" and display a facsimile or emblem of the official Bronze Star medal with letters "B" over "S" preceding the plate number.

Establishes design requirements for multiple categories of veteran license plates including Vietnam, World War I and II, Korean Conflict, Persian Gulf War, Laos War, Iraq War, Afghanistan War, and Global War on Terrorism veterans.

Each veteran category plate must display specific identifying inscriptions and letter combinations positioned before the plate number based on military service period or campaign.

National Guard and military reserve members who received the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal are eligible for the GWOT veteran plate regardless of whether they qualify as veterans under Minnesota law.
