Amends Minnesota Statutes section 326.105 to allow the board to defer payment of licensure and certification fees for up to one year for individuals experiencing undue burden or hardship.

Sets licensing fees at $120 per biennium for architects, professional engineers, land surveyors, landscape architects, and geoscience professionals.

Sets certification fees at $120 per biennium for certified interior designers, with $50 per biennium for architects applying for original certification.

Requires the board to determine what constitutes undue burden or hardship and establish procedures for fee payment deferrals.

Creates new statute 326B.999 authorizing the commissioner to defer fees for licenses and registrations under specified statutes when payment would impose undue burden or hardship on the applicant.
