Designates Legislative Route No. 287 (Trunk Highway 287) from U.S. Highway 71 in Long Prairie to Todd County State-Aid Highway 12 in Long Prairie as part of the scenic loop.

Designates Legislative Route No. 287 (Trunk Highway 287) from Todd County State-Aid Highway 6 to its terminus in Grey Eagle as part of the scenic loop.

Requires the commissioner to adopt a suitable marking design and erect appropriate signs for the route, effective once local road authorities establish a continuous designated route connecting all three segments with the same route designation name.
