Allows charter school boards and sponsoring school district boards to continue applying sponsorship fees and charter school evaluation processes in effect on May 15, 2009 for charter school contracts.

Postpones revised evaluation requirements and sponsorship fee changes until June 30, 2011 or the expiration date of the charter school contract, whichever is later.

Applies to charter schools sponsored by school districts under Minnesota Laws 2009, chapter 96, article 2, section 41.
