Requires persons installing or removing docks or boat lifts for a fee on more than one lake to complete at least one hour of invasive species training within the previous 12 months.

Training must cover identification and methods to prevent spread of invasive species and be conducted within 50 miles of the installer's place of business at a cost not exceeding $10.

Training must be approved and conducted by a state agency, political subdivision, or lake or river association.

Trainers must issue certificates of training that include the trainer's name, address, phone number, training location, date, time, and the installer's name and employer.

Installers must possess a valid certificate of training while installing or removing docks or boat lifts.
