Amends Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 1.141, to add subdivision 6 establishing proper procedures for folding the Minnesota State Flag for presentation or display.

For display, the flag must be folded four times lengthwise to show the three stars of the state crest and "L'Étoile du Nord" text, then folded into a triangle shape with specific 90-degree and 45-degree angle folds.

For storage, the Minnesota State Flag must be folded and stored in the same manner as the national colors.

Sections 1 and 2 become effective the day following final enactment.
