Amends Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 169.87, by adding a new subdivision to regulate weight restrictions on vehicles transporting manure to or from farms.

Exempts vehicles hauling manure to or from a farm from weight restrictions imposed by the commissioner of transportation or local road authorities under existing subdivisions 1 and 2.

Limits the exemption by prohibiting vehicles from exceeding weight restrictions by more than two tons per axle.

Becomes effective the day following final enactment.
